This past Friday was Sierra's daycare holiday party. This year they had a VERY special guest...can you guess who it is?

Happy Holidays!

We had our very first LatkaPalooza in the new house this year! Which worked out quite well, considering we estimate we had 100 guests this year!! With some many friends and family in attendance, we only snapped a few photos. Luckily, Drew took a few as well :)

We had one "big night out" with Nadia! We had so much fun bowling and goofing off...

This Thanksgiving was special in so many ways! New House, Happy and Healthy family, and lots to look forward to in the coming months. We were warmed with the presence of our family and friends from far and wide; and had a special guest as well. My mom's colleague from Russia, Nadia, spent Thanksgiving with our family too!

My dad took folks out riding on his Harley and we all gave thanks for the bountiful blessings in our lives. Dinner rocked and a lovely family filled weekend was had by all :)

Our new house has SO MANY leaves! How many leaves, you might ask? Enough to require four full rakings. That's o.k. though, we have so much fun being outdoors that it's a blast. Plus, Sierra gets to jump in the leaves and swim around!

Well, we moved in on Friday and have been furiously unboxing and getting settled. We LOVE our new home!!!!!

We spent the early part of Halloween 2007 trick or treating in our old neighborhood for the last time. It was a really great way to make the rounds and chat with our beloved neighbors! We really had an amazing 7 years there! Melissa and I got engaged, got married, adopted Scout, gave birth to Sierra, and made lifelong friends of many of our outstanding neighbors.

We then traipsed over to our new neighborhood (it's so nice that they are close!) and met a few of our new neighbors with a quick trick or treat before it got too dark.

We finally sold our townhouse, in 30 days!!, and it couldn't have been done with out the best real estate agent EVER, an outstanding lender, and lots of hard work by family, friends, and neighbors. We're super excited about the next fun chapter in our lives!!

We've been so busy lately that I haven't really had a chance to update the website in over two months!! This post should generally get us back up to speed.

In chronological order (I think):

• We took a fun-filled trip to Great Country Farms with some folks in my MBA class.
• We threw an INSANE, UNBELIEVABLE surprise birthday party for my mom!
• Grammy and Grandpa Jeff came to visit and we went to the super park again!
• I took a much anticipated 3-day weekend to camp and climb at Seneca Rocks, West Virginia during my break from school.
• We celebrated Dani's First Birthday, and Sydney's 6th.
• We decided we'd like to move into a single family home, so we put our beloved townhouse on the market. We removed the climbing gym and added fresh paint! The Listing # is: FX6528194. You can click here to view it directly.
• Melissa picked up another 1/2 day ESL slot at an elementary school near her primary school, so she's back at work full time now.
• Scout Dog Productions got their first "big" gig- videographer at a friend's wedding. And Now We Edit.
